Customer Support Representative (Flexible Schedule)

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Austin, TX

Seasonal, flexible opportunity with possibility of full-time hours. We are looking for part-time to full-time hours, depending on our ticket volume. Our ideal candidate will have flexibility to scale hours up or down as needed.

In this position you will:

  • Be a part of a high-energy, dynamic team focused on delighting our customers
  • Be amazing at handling incoming requests from customers, ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly while documenting contacts
  • Educate and empower Ambassadors so they run their businesses successfully and with confidence
  • Be creative in identifying the best way to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide email and phone support in relation to billing, shipping, product and sales support
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other Noonday teams as needed on projects and customer requests
  • Maintain a balance between customer benefit and company policy in decision making.
  • Work on special projects as needed or assigned by Customer Support Manager

The person hired will be:

  • Experienced with at least 2+ years in a contact center service with phone experience
  • Patient with a positive attitude
  • Organized, have extreme attention to detail and enjoy problem solving
  • Committed to customer satisfaction and have a highly developed sense of integrity
  • Able to see through a customer’s frustration to determine and solve the root cause
  • An effective communicator (written, listening and verbal)
  • 100% reliable and adheres to schedule
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
  • Positive with the ability to inspire others
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic on a daily basis
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
