Sales Events Intern

Noonday Collection is on the hunt for an Events Intern! Do you have strong attention to detail, a passion for fashion and a desire to make a global impact?


Established in 2010, Noonday Collection uses fashion and design to create economic opportunity for the vulnerable by harnessing social selling entrepreneurs across the US that we call Ambassadors. We cater to a socially conscious, fashionable, and creative woman. Our Sales team hosts many events year-round for our Ambassadors including trips to visit our artisan partners, a leadership summit, an annual conference and recruiting events around the country. We are looking for a summer intern to work closely with our Sales team to support our upcoming events!



  • Coordinate event logistics including researching options, communicating with vendors, and managing agendas
  • Manage event registration and collaborate with the Accounting team on event payments
  • Track expenses and update event budgets
  • Organize and analyze event-related data; identify return-on-investment factors and present insights to Sales team
  • Assist Sales team in executing any events or other projects, as needed

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in Excel
  • Independently motivated, proactive and a team player
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple projects


This position is part-time and pays $10/hour.
