Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Noonday Collection is disrupting the direct sales market by offering women the opportunity to become social entrepreneurs who earn an income and make an impact. We began from one woman’s vision to fund her international adoption to a powerful community of stylish storytellers across the country.  Noonday Ambassadors create a marketplace for artisans by hosting in-home Trunk Shows where they style and share the powerful stories behind the pieces.


The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will expand, equip and engage the passionate and talented community that is the Noonday Ambassador community. As the steward of our brand and our Ambassador community, the VP of Sales and Marketing will live the Noonday values and have a heart for the vulnerable and disenfranchised across the globe.  This role will lead the strategy and execution of all sales and marketing efforts for the company while working closely with the owners of the business.  The VP of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving rapid, sustainable sales growth through the Ambassador community while also elevating the Noonday brand. This role will oversee the Sales, Marketing, and Creative Teams at the Home Office.  As an integral member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Sales & Marketing will report directly to the President and Co-CEO.



  • Develop and execute strategy that sustainably grows the community of independent Noonday Ambassadors
  • Foster an Ambassador community that lives in accordance with the Ambassador Manifesto and lead by example
  • Develop corporate marketing strategies to grow Noonday’s brand and the awareness of the Noonday Ambassador opportunity
  • Direct all brand initiatives, including strategic partnerships and brand collaborations 
  • Create, implement and manage a best-in-class sales process, including appropriate sales force effectiveness tools, training and communications to achieve sales performance targets
  • Develop and implement a learning and development strategy to support all Ambassadors  
  • Design and implement incentives and recognition awards for our Ambassadors to drive behaviors that grow Noonday’s impact across the globe
  • Wisely manage budget dollars to drive the greatest impact across sales and marketing efforts
  • Oversee systems, processes, and marketing channels to effectively and efficiently reach campaign goals and increase brand strength
  • Drive Noonday’s online presence through excellence in our website, ecommerce, and digital marketing
  • Build Noonday’s brand and customer engagement through social media
  • Ensure that the creative assets of the company and the talents of the Creative team are leveraged to the highest possible value
  • Manage and direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities across on industries and channels
  • Define, monitor and report key sales and marketing metrics and drive for results through the Home Office team and Ambassador community
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the Ambassador community as it relates to efficiency, effectiveness and engagement
  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Work every day in accordance with Noonday’s values of purposeful, positive, adaptable, and collaborative



  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales and/or marketing experience required
  • 5+ years of people management experience required
  • Experience in 2+ direct sales party-plan companies preferred



  • Ability to think critically, problem solve and follow through on solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Ambassadors, potential Ambassadors, team members, and Executive Leadership Team
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives
  • Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
  • Capable of proactively working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task, and shift priorities as necessary
  • Proven passion for the global community


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Supervises the Sales, Marketing and Creative teams
