Customer Support Representative

Noonday Collection uses fashion and design to create economic opportunity for the vulnerable by harnessing social selling entrepreneurs across the US that we call Ambassadors. Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Austin, TX

Full-Time position includes benefits (medical, vision, life, 401K with company match and paid time off)



  • Ticket management
    • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and comprehensively
    • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, consider and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions
    • Provide email and phone support in relation to billing, shipping and quality issues
    • Track and report service issue trends based on customer contacts and provide possible solutions
    • Work with Operations team to prioritize customer reship requests
    • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
  • Reporting, projects and cross-functional support
    • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
    • Maintain all spreadsheets for accurate recordkeeping
    • Work on special projects as needed or assigned



  • At least 1 year working in customer service providing email and phone support
  • Knowledge of online ticketing/tracking systems is a plus
  • Microsoft Office experience – including, Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Patient with a positive attitude
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and dissatisfied customers
  • Strong active listening skills - the ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate to clarify directions or projects
  • Reliable and adheres to work schedule, including willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime, when needed
  • Interest in fashion and handmade goods
